Refund Policy

  1. Returns You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for any item. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. Be in its original packaging. To start the return process, please contact us at support@kyrobr.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

  1. Non-returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns:

Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale"; Gift cards; Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons; Personalized or customized products.

  1. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion, a restocking fee may apply.

  1. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@kyrobr.com Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  2. Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kyrobr.com

  2. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
